One of Christiana’s most admirable qualities is her positive outlook. She brings great energy and vibes to the workplace every day, creating a positive and uplifting environment. Her cheerful demeanor and optimistic attitude contribute to a motivated and cohesive team. She really brings the energy to not only the workplace everyday but every winter as well. Over the past several years she has dressed up as the grinch at our company Christmas parties and really brings the fun and games! She jokes and plays the part so well and everyone loves when the grinch appears at the parties! She has a great spirit and is one of the most genuine people you could meet!

As the leader of the Turbo department, Christiana fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. Her approachable nature and willingness to mentor and support her colleagues create a strong and united team.
