Bridger works in the Turbo Department, and to put it simply—he’s one of the best turbo builders we’ve ever seen. His technical skills are unmatched, and he approaches every job with a level of precision and pride that shows in every build he touches. From the first day he stepped into the shop, Bridger hit the ground running. He learned his role faster than anyone could have anticipated and quickly became one of our most efficient and productive team members.

What sets Bridger apart isn’t just his work ethic (though that alone is award-worthy). It’s his commitment to excellence, his on-point punctuality, and the positive energy he brings through our doors every single day. He’s the kind of person who makes everyone around him better—not just because he’s talented, but because he’s kind, humble, and always willing to help a teammate out. It’s also impossible to talk about Bridger without acknowledging his roots. As the son of Shane Williams, our founder and leader, Bridger has grown up in the heart of this business. Diesel is in his blood, and you can feel it in everything he does. He’s passionate about the industry, proud of the work we do, and ready to help lead Industrial Injection into its third generation with the same spirit, strength, and grit it was founded on.
