Chad has been a part of the Industrial Injection family for many years, and throughout that time he has consistently excelled in every position he’s been presented with. His entire journey with us has been spent at our Machine Shop in Richfield, Utah, where he has become one of the most dependable and trusted members of the team.

As a machinist, Chad has truly mastered his craft. His attention to detail, precision, and pride in his work show in everything he touches. He doesn’t just get the job done—he gets it done the right way, every single time. When something needs to be handled correctly and efficiently, Chad is the guy everyone counts on.

Beyond his technical skills, Chad is known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude. He’s a hard worker, a team player, and someone who makes coming to work better for everyone around him. Whether he’s tackling a complex machining task or jumping in wherever help is needed, Chad is a true do-it-all rockstar for Industrial Injection.
