At Industrial Injection, we believe excellence is driven by people who show up every day ready to learn, grow, and raise the standard. This month, we’re excited to recognize Connor Solomon as our newest Employee Excellence Awardrecipient.

Although Connor has been with Industrial Injection for a short time, the impact he has made speaks volumes. He stepped into his role as a Heavy Duty Injector Technician and immediately excelled, proving that skill, dedication, and the right mindset can make a difference fast.

Connor has spent his entire time with us at our Fuel Shop in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he has quickly become a dependable, trusted, and highly skilled technician. His attention to detail and technical ability have allowed him to truly master his craft, and his work consistently reflects the high standards Industrial Injection is known for.

Beyond his technical expertise, Connor is a hard worker and an incredible teammate. He brings a positive attitude to the shop, is always willing to help wherever needed, and has earned the respect of everyone around him. He’s a true do-it-all rockstar and has become an essential part of our daily operations in a remarkably short amount of time.

What truly sets Connor apart is his innovation and forward-thinking approach. He continuously looks for better ways to do things and has added significant value to our team through his ideas, efficiency, and commitment to improvement.
