Cody has been with us for some time now and continues to impress everyone with his unmatched work ethic and positive attitude. Working out of our machine shop in Richfield, Utah, Cody has become a key player in helping transition and develop our new Engine Building operation. His technical knowledge, precision, and passion for his craft make him one of the most talented machinists in the game.

Whether it’s tackling complex machining projects, helping teammates with technical challenges, or pushing production forward with consistency and pride — Cody does it all with excellence. His reliability, skill, and drive set a standard that inspires everyone around him.

Cody is always on time, always ready to work, and always brings a great attitude to the shop. He’s the kind of teammate you can count on — and the kind of person who makes Industrial Injection the family it is.
