Celebrating 40 Years of Industrial Injection
In 1985, Brady and Jerolyn Williams took a leap of faith. They purchased a pre-existing business from Industrial Parts Depot (IPD), where Brady had been working, and founded Industrial Injection. Their goal was simple: build a better future for their family while delivering top-quality fuel injection and turbocharger services. Little did they know, their company would grow into one of the leading names in the diesel performance industry.
Fast forward to 2025, and Industrial Injection is celebrating 40 years in business. Today, the company is run by their three sons—Shane, Brett, and Cody—with Shane serving as President. While Brady passed away in 2016 and Jerolyn officially retired in 2023, their legacy continues through their sons and the dedicated employees who keep Industrial Injection thriving.
Humble Beginnings
Industrial Injection started in a small building down the road from where the company operates today. That original space, once part of IPD, housed a modest operation with a front office where Jerolyn handled bookkeeping, a test stand room for fuel pumps and injectors, and a small work area for technicians.
"It was a tiny shop," Shane recalls. "There were maybe two or three guys building fuel pumps and injectors. My dad was one of them. They were working on old-school diesel engines—Cummins Big Cam, Detroit 92s, Caterpillar 3406s—rebuilding turbochargers and fuel injection pumps. That was the foundation of what we have today."
The business quickly outgrew its original space, and Brady and Jerolyn purchased a new building, which remains a key part of Industrial Injection’s operations. "We still use that building today," Cody says. "It has sentimental value, and even though we’ve expanded into multiple locations, it’s hard to let go of where it all started."
Growing Up in the Business
For Shane, Brett, and Cody, Industrial Injection wasn’t just a family business—it was a way of life. "Every Saturday, we were loading up in the Nissan pickup, heading to the shop," Brett remembers. "We didn’t have a choice. Cleaning the floors, taking out the trash—it was our job. And we didn’t get paid in money. Our payment was cheeseburgers and a milkshake. If we were lucky, Dad might throw us ten bucks to go to the movies."
Their dad’s work ethic instilled discipline and dedication in them from a young age. "We were part of it whether we wanted to be or not," Cody laughs. "But looking back, it taught us everything we know today."
Expansion and Innovation
From a small shop to a multi-location powerhouse, Industrial Injection has evolved to meet the demands of the diesel industry. Today, the company specializes in high-performance fuel injectors, turbochargers, and custom diesel solutions for everything from daily drivers to competition trucks. The recent expansion into heavy-duty injector lines has positioned Industrial Injection as a leader in OE-quality remanufactured injectors for Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit, Volvo, and Mack engines.
"We've always done heavy-duty, but now we’ve scaled up," Cody explains. "We’ve expanded into a new facility, ramping up production, and hiring more technicians to keep up with demand. We call our high-quality reman injectors ‘Blue Line Injectors,’ representing our precision and tighter-than-factory tolerances. It’s a standard we’ve set that’s better than OE."
The Next 40 Years
After four decades, Industrial Injection is stronger than ever. The commitment to quality, innovation, and family values continues to drive the company forward. "This isn’t just a job for us—it’s our life," Brett says. "And we’re just getting started."
As Industrial Injection celebrates 40 years, we want to thank our customers, employees, and partners who have supported us along the way. Here’s to the next 40 years of pushing the diesel industry forward!
