For Garrett GT1749VB Turbocharger (PN: 778445-5002S)
The Garrett 795496-0001 EGR Adapter is a required OEM-style exhaust gas recirculation adapter used when installing the Garrett GT1749VB Stage I turbocharger (PN: 778445-5002S) on Volkswagen 1.9L BEW PD TDI engines. This adapter provides the correct interface between the turbocharger’s turbine housing and the factory EGR crossover tube, ensuring proper exhaust gas routing and emissions system functionality.
