What You’ll Do
- Sell consultatively and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop lasting relationships with shops, retailers, and local businesses.
- Deliver exceptional customer service — phone, counter, and in-person.
- Manage accounts with big box retailers and indirect distribution partners.
- Create and deliver presentations, marketing materials, and event support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking results in CRM and reports.
- Stay on top of competitive offerings and position Industrial Injection as the go-to choice.
- Help promote Industrial Injection at trade fairs, city events, and industry shows.
- Be flexible — from answering phones to problem-solving, every day is different.
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, goal-driven salesperson who thrives on results.
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and basic CRM skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-disciplined.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; college a plus.
