Doug's work ethic is next level. He consistently goes above and beyond, demonstrating dedication to his role. From the moment he steps into the workplace, Doug is fully committed, always putting in the extra effort to ensure that everything runs smoothly. His willingness to "work his ass off" is evident in every task he undertakes, no matter how big or small. He has been a top producer in the company for some time now and his Kits he builds are always perfect!

One of the standout qualities that makes Doug so deserving of this award is his impeccable punctuality. He is never late, always arriving on time and ready to tackle the day's challenges. He is always one of the first ones in and the last one out of the building! Doug's reliability is a testament to his character, providing a dependable presence that his colleagues can always count on. His consistent punctuality sets a standard that motivates others to strive for the same level of reliability. This past winter, Doug couldn't make it to work in his car due to the crazy snow storm we had overnight and decided to walk 3 miles in 2 feet of snow just to make it in on time and get to work. His commitment to excellence is above and beyond.

Doug's contributions to our kit production have been nothing short of transformative. Through his relentless efforts and innovative approach, he has increased our kit production by an astounding 100 fold. This remarkable achievement has had a significant impact on our operations, allowing us to meet and exceed customer demands more effectively. Our kits have never been in a better spot over the last 35 years+ and he has helped customers get all the parts on time and ready to install.  Doug's ability to drive such substantial improvements is a testament to his exceptional skills and determination.

Doug is the definition of going above and beyond. He bends over backwards to make things happen, ensuring that any obstacles are swiftly overcome. His proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities demonstrate his deep commitment to the success of Industrial Injection. Doug's dedication to finding solutions, even in the face of challenges, is truly inspiring.

Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of Doug's performance is his commitment to giving 100% every single day. His tireless energy and enthusiasm are infectious, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere within the workplace. Doug's ability to maintain such a high level of dedication day in and day out is a key reason why he stands out as an exemplary employee. Doug is always happy and ready to have a good day even in the most chaotic ones.
