MaxxForce DT & DT570 Compound Turbos

Shop remanufactured BorgWarner compound turbochargers for select International MaxxForce DT 7.6L and MaxxForce 9 9.3L diesel engines. This collection includes high- and low-pressure turbochargers for qualifying International trucks and buses equipped with the factory two-stage R2S turbo system.

The compound system uses a BorgWarner B1UG high-pressure turbocharger and a larger B2FS low-pressure turbocharger working together to provide responsive boost across the engine’s operating range. Available applications include the 7.6L MaxxForce DT, also identified as the I334 or DT466, and the 9.3L MaxxForce 9, also associated with the I354 and DT570 engine family.

Each product in this collection replaces one stage of the compound turbo system and is not a complete two-turbo assembly. Fitment can vary by engine displacement, model year, engine serial number, turbocharger position, and original equipment number.
