Industrial Injection 6.7L Cummins Stage 3 Ported & Polished Cylinder Head with Fire Ring Grooves (2007.5-2018)

The Industrial Injection Stage 3 Ported & Polished Cylinder Head with Fire Ring Grooves is engineered for serious 6.7L Cummins racers, sled pullers, and high-horsepower performance builds. Featuring extensive CNC porting, oversized valves, and premium valvetrain components, this cylinder head is designed to maximize airflow, improve durability, and support extreme horsepower applications. Proven in the most demanding competition environments, this cylinder head design has supported over 4,400 horsepower, making it one of the most capable and proven Cummins cylinder heads available.

Using advanced 5-axis CNC porting technology and precision hand-finishing, each cylinder head delivers exceptional airflow and cylinder-to-cylinder consistency. With an impressive 285 CFM of airflow at .450" lift, compared to approximately 165 CFM from a stock cylinder head, the Stage 3 head provides the airflow required to support today's highest horsepower diesel engines.

The intake shelf is machined off to accept a performance intake runner, while oversized 36mm stainless steel nitride-coated valves, premium high-temperature valve seats, hardened alloy valve guides, and USA-made 120lb valve springs provide the strength and reliability needed for extreme race and sled pull applications.

Radius-cut fire ring grooves are machined into the head to enhance combustion sealing and help prevent head gasket failure in high-boost, high-cylinder-pressure environments. Drilled and tapped steel coolant freeze plugs eliminate a common factory failure point, ensuring maximum reliability under extreme operating conditions.

Features:

  • Intake shelf machined off to accept performance intake runner
  • Fully CNC ported cylinder head with performance hand blending
  • 285 CFM airflow at .450" lift
  • Oversized 36mm stainless steel nitride-coated valves
  • Premium oversized high-temperature valve seats
  • Diamond honed hardened alloy valve guides
  • Drilled and tapped steel coolant freeze plugs
  • USA-made 120lb performance valve springs
  • Radius-cut fire ring grooves for improved head gasket sealing
  • Complete and ready for installation

Benefits:

  • Proven to support over 4,400 horsepower
  • Significantly increased airflow and engine efficiency
  • Supports extreme horsepower and competition builds
  • Enhanced combustion sealing for high-boost applications
  • Improved valve train control at elevated RPM
  • Reduced risk of dropped valve seats and freeze plug failures
  • Optimized for sled pulling, drag racing, and competition use
  • Built to withstand extreme cylinder pressures and temperatures

Applications:

  • 2007.5-2018 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins Engines
  • High-performance street, race, and sled pull builds

Important Notes:

  • Fire Ring Head Gasket sold separately
  • Performance Intake Runner sold separately
  • Due to the oversized 36mm valves, this cylinder head will not clear a standard 5.9L Cummins bore. A minimum 4.125" bore is required.
