Employee Excellence Award: Celebrating Jordan Wade — Our Modern Day Picasso of Diesel Power

At Industrial Injection, we take pride in recognizing the individuals who go above and beyond—those who set the bar high, bring unmatched creativity to their work, and truly make our diesel family stronger. This month, we’re honored to present our Employee Excellence Award to none other than Jordan Wade.

Jordan has been with us for a few years now, and in that time, he’s become one of the most versatile and talented team members we’ve ever had the privilege to work with. From day one, Jordan jumped right into the engine department, working alongside Shane Baca and the crew. It didn’t take long before he became a core piece of the team, known for his strong work ethic, sharp skills, and proactive mindset.

While working at our Salt Lake City location, Jordan discovered a talent that quickly made him famous in the diesel world—engine painting. But we’re not talking about just slapping on a coat of color. Jordan brought a level of artistry and imagination that turned diesel engines into rolling masterpieces. With unique, jaw-dropping designs, his work regularly went viral on social media, earning him a well-deserved reputation as a modern-day Picasso of the automotive industry. If you’ve ever stopped scrolling to admire a one-of-a-kind painted diesel engine—it was probably Jordan’s handiwork.

But his talents don’t stop at a paint gun.

Jordan is the kind of guy who can do it all. Whether it’s assembly, teardown, diagnostics, or anything else in the engine shop, he’s always two steps ahead and ready to jump in. Need something done fast and right? Ask Slim. He’s a do-it-all rockstar, and that’s a fact.

Most recently, Jordan took on a new challenge: transferring to our machine shop in Richfield, Utah. And just like everywhere else he’s been, he hit the ground running. In no time at all, he’s become an excellent machinist, picking up the craft with ease and bringing the same level of commitment, excellence, and positive energy that he’s known for.

Whether he’s turning wrenches, laying down paint, or running machines, Jordan Wade is the kind of teammate everyone wants by their side. He works hard, stays humble, and brings great energy to every shop he steps into.
